“On a lovely sunny day, we decided to have lunch on the patio. It was an very nice experience! The outdoor seating area, right on the water and surrounded by beautiful flowers, felt very private. We enjoyed fresh oysters and tacos, which were really good. The drinks were amazing, and the atmosphere was relaxing with plenty of lounge seating and fire pits. A must-visit!” view full review

“I stayed in a two-bedroom villa, and it was fantastic! The space was huge and very comfortable for my family, complete with three bathrooms and ample room to move around. My stay at the resort was wonderful overall. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, making me feel welcome. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, although I did wish for just a few more amenities. The dining experience was fantastic with great food, but I was hoping for more variety in the breakfast options. The beach area was a bit limited, which was a small downside.

I had a wonderful stay at the Manteo Resort! The hotel is beautifully maintained, with immaculate grounds and a lovely waterfront boardwalk. The service throughout my visit was top-notch, and dining at Smack DAB was a highlight. However, the outdoor pool was closed, and I found myself walking to another hotel to use their pool, which was a bit inconvenient for my family. Overall, a fantastic experience but perhaps better suited for a summer visit.
